Depression....In today's youth this word is oftenly being used! Are you depressed? Have you been under depression? You are looking depressed?....and in many ways.... but have anyone thought of knowing what depression actually is? why people getting trapped into it? How to overcome this or rather not to get into it if you have never been before? The answer to all these question is trapped within yourself!
      Surprised? Maybe a bit.... but you should not! Since you are the only manure for this wild root so called as depression. 
But let us first understand what the depression is! Suppose you didn't scored good marks in exam you get depressed, if your boss scolds you, then you may feel depressed, if your friends doesn't understands you in tough situation you get depressed....there are n number of situations when a person may get into depression mode.... but have you ever noticed, the one similarity among all the situations?
     Let me tell you, in all of the cases things are not happening the way you wanted! Yes, if someone beats you with a stick your body gets hurted. What if you get hurted from inside? Here your body and mind don't have any relation in getting hurt, so what is there within you which gets hurt?.... It's only the ego of yours which get hurted....Your ego wants everything to happen the way you want.
      Now think why the world will work the way you want? If everyone start thinking in the same way then it can't reach to any solution. So the only thing one can do, if things go in opposite way or if it doesn't work the way you wish then just accept the things, situation, have faith in yourself and try to grow out of it...Growing means going beyond this, by throwing away your ego and going ahead. This is where you can stop yourself at the very start of getting trapped in depression..
      But if in case somehow you get depressed or sad, just remember one can convert any emotional force into some creative one! Like, you can convert your sadness into somethings good. If sadness makes you realise that you are not complete then make use of your sadness to grow and nurture yourself.
    Depression is called as self-damaging but by handling and accepting/facing some unwanted situations may help you in getting out of it.
