    Have you ever thought......na what am i asking, our mind is always loaded with thoughts right! I should say there is not enough control on our thoughts. For a particular moment we are thinking something else and suddenly our mind switches to another thought. To make it simple, you can check, while studying most of the time you get distracted with a lot of things going around you...many times understanding a single answer becomes difficult enough that could degrade your mood of studying further! So which is the only thing or concept which everyone should inculcate in oneself, so that we may able to tackle our out of control thoughts?

       Your mind perceive the things from the surroundings and prepares a knowledge based on it. Now suppose if you have a constant ache in stomach, your mind will think that it is this way! The stomach is like what it is now. Unless you identify yourself with any other things in surroundings you may not have any thought process going on!

     Our body comprises of many internal part, one of them is brain which is very sensitive, it takes input and start processing very fast. So first of all stop giving wrong inputs to the brain.
You identify yourself with something that you are not, once it is done, then your brain will be full of thoughts. When you believe in yourself for who you are then there would be no entry for any rubbish thoughts. In absence of falsehood there is truthness. So keep your mind away from any rubbish input and believe in yourself. Feel yourself sufficient enough that you don't feel a necessity of anything.With skill of controlling the thoughts and believing in yourself can help you in all possible ways of life.
